RIA Profile Launcher
Profile Launcher, allows a user to set up a number of different profiles for ArcPad. Users can then quickly and easily switch between these different profiles. A profile sets all the directory paths for the Data, Applets, Extensions and System paths that you normally set in the Options dialog in ArcPad. The Profile Launcher allows you to select which ArcPad application to run, and starts it for you with the required paths set. Normally you would have to start ArcPad, manually enter the settings, and then restart ArcPad again to apply the new settings.

RIA Folder Watcher
Folder Watcher, allows your custom code to detect new files in any folder of your choice. It can be used as a universal camera driver, inserting image filenames, regardless of the camera used, into your ArcPad features. It can monitor for new audio recordings, documents, just about any file type.An ArcPad applet can be written to get the incoming filename from the Folder watcher API. The applet can then display the photo on an ArcPad form and add the image filename to a field in the shapefile.

RIA File Sync
An easy to use Desktop tool that allows the user to move files to and from the PDA, plus set up on click transfer and archive procedures to assure that all of the required files are transferred too and from the PDA.

RIA Photo Location Extractor
A free desktop tool to extract the photo locations out of the EXIF image header of photos taken with the Ricoh Caplio 500SE Cameras. The tool generates a CSV file of all photo locations for all images in a specific folder. The CSV file of the locations and photo image names can then be added to a desktop GIS as an event theme.
Note: This tool is provided free with all Ricoh Caplio 500SE cameras supplied by RIA Mobile GIS.
RIA ArcCatalog Tools
A free set of tools for use in ArcGIS (ArcCatalog). In the current version (1.0), the Toolbar contains a single tool which can be used to copy the names of the selected spatial feature objects in the ArcCatalog Contents Window.
The names are sorted alphabetially and are copied to the the clipboard. The object names can then be pasted into a word or other document.
Over time additional productivity tools will be added to the Toolbar.
